Five Modules for Greater Insight

When young people are in crisis, they leave clues (or CRUMBS) for us when they do not have the words to express experiences of depression, anxiety, self harm, suicide, or post traumatic stress.

These five modules can be taught live or by using CRUMBS videos which will soon be available online. The ideal teaching format would be presenting CRUMBS in a large group setting with the opportunity for small group break out discussions.
